Chapter 3: Quiet

New!

From: Mass Murder, Police Mayhem

$1.00

In this chapter, Beeby summarizes what occurred overnight in Portapique between April 18th and 19th 2020 as described by the Mass Casualty Commission in its final report. These hours marked the period between the perpetrator’s crimes during which time local RCMP failed to gain control of the situation and failed to warn the public that a mass murderer was on the loose, driving a replica police car.
