Chapter Six: The Fix

From: Murder in Renfrew County

Chapter six reviews key recommendations made by the jurors in light of the Inquest. Of the eighty-two recommendations the first called upon the provincial government to declare intimate partner violence as an epidemic. Another key point was number forty-eight: Set up an Intimate Partner Violence Registry for repeat offenders. Dean Beeby pairs these findings with the response from the government and the implementation of them at the time of publication.
