From: Labour in Canada Cracking Labour's Glass Ceiling

Chapter One discusses course facilitation at the Prairie School for Union Women. Adriane and Barb have both designed and led facilitation-training courses at the school, and their passion and hopes for the school are evident in the chapter. They describe and assess the measures taken by the Prairie School for Union Women to develop women’s leadership as facilitators (i.e., deliberately trained instructors) of union learning, the way feminism guides its practices and how attention to such details ensures the continuity of the school.
