Melina Buckley
Melina Buckley, BA, MA, LLB, PhD, is a lawyer and legal policy consultant and is currently associated with the Vancouver firm Camp Fiorante Matthews. She was called to the bar in Ontario in 1990 and is also a member of the British Columbia Bar. She has achieved recognition through public interest litigation and through national and international legal research and law reform initiatives. She has lectured across Canada and is a published author on equality rights, constitutional law, access to justice and legal aid, and Canadian and international human rights law. She has worked on a number of curriculum development projects in these fields.
