Ian B Lee
Ian B. Lee is an associate professor at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law and is currently the associate dean of the JD program. He clerked with Justice Claire L’Heureux-Dubé of the Supreme Court of Canada and Justice Mark MacGuigan of the Federal Court of Appeal, and practised with Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in Paris, France, and New York, New York, before joining the Faculty of Law in 2003. His teaching and research interests are in the areas of constitutional law and corporate law.
