Margaret Cozry
Margaret Cozry originates from Ojibwe First Nation on Wasauksing Lake, Parry Sound. She served as a board member for the Native Canadian Centre of Toronto and Wigwamen Inc. Margaret was awarded the Res ’90 Merit of Excellence in Business and the First Prize display award at the inaugural Skydome Pow-Wow. She participated in Miziiwe Biik Employment and Training Panel of Entrepreneurs/Urban Aboriginal Entrepreneur Focus Group. Her work took her to Germany and France, among other destinations. All her achievements were accomplished without government funding.
