John Oesch

John Oesch is assistant professor of Organizational Behaviour at the Rotman School of Management. His research interests lie in the areas of decision making, managerial negotiations and organizational justice; his teaching interests are in similar areas and include the role of emotions in management. In 2005 and 2006 he received the Rotman mba and emba Teaching Awards. John’s publication record includes The Journal of Business Venturing, Social Justice Research, Games and Economic Behavior and Organization Science. He has a PhD from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, an msc from the University of British Columbia and an mba from the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario
