In this chapter, we’ll learn more about two sources of "new water" from technologies not typically in widespread use today throughout the US, desalination of seawater and expanded use of reclaimed wastewater from sewage treatment plants.

He holds BS and MS degrees in civil and water resources engineering from the California Institute of Technology and Harvard University, respectively, and an MBA (with highest honors) from the University of Oregon.
