Rui Fernandes is a partner at Fernandes Hearn LLP in Toronto. Mr Fernandes practises in all aspects of transportation law (aviation, marine, trucking, rail, freight forwarding, logistics, and warehousing) with a specialty in maritime law. He has been included in the Lexpert®/American Lawyer Guide to the Leading 500 Lawyers in Canada and listed as one of the “Best Lawyers in Canada” in the areas of maritime law and transportation law.
