Taylor Tatum

TATUM TAYLOR is a writer, heritage specialist and Texan transplant, currently at era Architects in Toronto. She holds a master’s degree in historic preservation from Columbia University, where she wrote her thesis on interpreting the heritage of marginalized communities. She is actively involved with the boards of several heritage organizations and previously worked on the editorial team for the Future Anterior Journal. Further to her interest in inclusivity within heritage practice, she has published work on graffiti sites as cultural landscapes. She also writes fiction and poetry based on her experience as a preservationist.
