Paul Born is the president of Tamarack–An Institute for Community Engagement (http://tamarackcommunity.ca) and has over 20 years of experience in community building, including 12 years as executive director of the Communities Opportunities Development Association (now Lutherwoodcoda), one of Canada’s most successful community economic development organizations. Paul has founded and led innovative local and national organizations that have been recognized with national (Imagine) and international (United Nations’ top 40) awards in community development, including Vibrant Communities, Opportunities 2000, Foundation for Rural Living and the Canadian Community Economic Development Network.
