Isalean Phillip completed her MA in Women and Gender Studies at Saint Mary’s University and is from the Caribbean island of St. Kitts & Nevis. Her research focuses on the marginalization and exclusion of women of colour in prominent positions of power, authority, and leadership, particularly within academia.
