Susan B. Boyd
Susan B. Boyd is a professor of law at the University of British Columbia, where she holds the chair in Feminist Legal Studies. She teaches courses on family law as well as feminist legal studies. Her research lies primarily in the fields of child custody law and legal parenthood. Her books include Child Custody, Law, and Women’s Work (Don Mills: Oxford University Press, 2003), Reaction and Resistance: Feminism, Law, and Social Change (Vancouver: UBC Press, 2007), and Law and Families (2006), a volume of the International Library of Essays in Law and Society.
