Bruce Douville is an adjunct professor of Canadian history at Algoma University. His research centres on the relationship between Christianity and the radical and countercultural youth movements in 1960s English Canada. He is currently working on a monograph titled “The Uncomfortable Pew: Christianity and the New Left in Toronto, 1959–1975.”
