Kanahus Manuel is a birth keeper and a founder of the activist group Tiny House Warriors. She is the granddaughter of George Manuel and daughter of Arthur Manuel. She is one of the leading figures of the Indigenous resistance in British Columbia and an important part of the legacy of struggle that her grandfather set in motion.
