Janis Sarra

Janis Sarra is professor of Law at the University of British Columbia (UBC) Faculty of Law and director of the Peter Wall Institute for Advanced Studies at UBC. She was founding director of the National Centre for Business Law. She served as associate dean of the Faculty of Law from 2003 to 2007 and was senator of the university from 2003 to 2008. She researches and writes in the areas of corporate finance, securities law, corporate law, and commercial insolvency law.
