Warren Bell is a B.C. family physician who, throughout his fortyyear career, has been actively engaged in exploring and promoting a broad approach to health. A co-founder of CAPE (Canadian Association of Physicians for the Environment), Warren wrote a weekly newspaper column entitled “Global Health” for ten years and is a frequent contributor to the National Observer.
