Jenny Burman is Assistant Professor of Communications in the Department of Art History and Communication Studies at McGill University, Montreal, where she teaches in the area of transnational cultural studies. Her research focuses on non-status activism, the diasporization of Canadian urban space, and the traffic of goods and people joining Canada and the Caribbean.
