Indra Øverland

Indra Øverland has a Ph.D. from the Scott Polar Research Institute at the University of Cambridge, UK. He has worked on a broad range of issues related to energy, aid and indigenous peoples, focusing on the post-Soviet Arctic, the South Caucasus and Central Asia. He has extensive experience as a practitioner at the Norwegian Ministry of Local Government and Regional Development, the Norwegian Refugee Council and the Nordic Research Board, and is currently head of the Energy Programme at the Norwegian Institute of International Affairs.
