Informed by her own Plains Cree culture, Pauline has dedicated her life to providing people with ceremony and guidance, and to cultivating spaces in Toronto that offer an Indigenous approach to education.

Kerry Potts

Kerry Potts is Teme-Augama Anishnabai of mixed heritage, with familial roots in Temagami and Prince Edward Island. A professor of liberal studies at Humber College, she has also taught at George Brown College, Seneca College, and OISE/University of Toronto. At Humber, Kerry is a member of the Indigenous Education Council, and created a course entitled Indigenous Perspectives on Music, Film and Media based on her career in the film, media, and performing arts sectors. For over twenty years she has been fortunate to work and volunteer at a number of social service and arts organizations across T’karonto, and is thankful for all of the teachers, in many forms, who have helped shape her experiences and understanding of the world.
