Patterns of Water Use

From: Dry Run

$1.30

In this chapter, we look at where water comes from, how it is allocated among various uses and how much each individual uses. We’ll look briefly at water use in cities, homes and offices, compared with other uses such as agriculture and food processing. We’ll also look at a very interesting new idea that extends water use, going beyond the direct consumption of various end-users, to consider the total “water footprint” of various products.
