Stéphane Rousseau
Stéphane Rousseau holds the chair in governance and business law and is full professor at the Faculty of Law of the Université de Montréal. He has been director of the Centre for the Law of Business and International Trade since 2008. He specializes in corporate law, corporate governance, securities law, and law and economics. He has given conferences in academic and professional settings in Canada as well as abroad in numerous countries (Argentina, Australia, Brazil, China, France, United States, and Tunisia).
