The Risks of a Sovereignty Agenda
From: Reclaiming Canadian Sovereignty in a Ruptured World
$1.30
In this chapter, Gordon examines the risks Canada faces when sovereignty becomes a central policy priority. Gordon traces how a fear-driven sovereignty agenda can reshape public thinking, expand institutional surveillance powers through measures like Bill C-22, and erode the international
