Christopher C. Nicholls holds the Stephen Dattels chair in corporate finance law at Western University. He is the author of numerous articles in the business law field as well as five books: Financial Institutions: The Regulatory Framework (Toronto: LexisNexis, 2008); Mergers, Acquisitions and Other Changes of Corporate Control (2d ed.)
