Caroline Andrew is a full professor in the School of Political Studies and director of the Centre on Governance at the University of Ottawa. Her research deals with municipal government, and the politics of gender and ethnocultural diversity at the local level. She has co-edited, with Monica Gattinger, Sharon Jeannotte, and Will Straw, Accounting for Culture: Thinking through Cultural Citizenship (Ottawa: University of Ottawa Press, 2005).
