David P. Shugarman

DAVID P. SHUGARMAN is a Professor Emeritus and Senior Scholar at York University. His recent publications include chapters, essays and articles on the commission of the inquiry into the sponsorship scandal, public inquiries and democratic accountability.; SHAUN YOUNG is currently a Special Projects Officer in the Office of the Vice-President, Research & Innovation, and a sessional lecturer in political science at the University of Toronto. Prior to this, he spent six years working in public policy development in a number of different Ministries in the Ontario Public Service and has taught at the University of Toronto, Carleton University, York University, Brock University and the University of Ontario Institute of Technology. He is the author or editor of seven books and sixteen essays in peer-reviewed scholarly journals.
