IAN GREENE is a Professor Emeritus and Senior Scholar in the School of Public Policy and Administration at York University in Toronto. His most recent book is The Charter of Rights and Freedoms.; IAN STEDMAN is an Ontario lawyer who is currently completing his Ph.D. at Osgoode Hall Law School with a focus on Canada’s government ethics regime. His legal career in both the public and private sectors includes the Office of the Integrity Commissioner and Lobbyist Registrar of Ontario and he has worked as an instructor at Osgoode Hall Law School and within the School of Public Policy and Administration.
