John Hendy, QC is a barrister specializing in industrial relations law and Standing Counsel to eight British trade unions. He is a visiting professor in the School of Law, King’s College, London, and in the Faculty of Laws, University College, London. He is also chair of the Institute of Employment Rights and president of the International Centre for Trade Union Rights.
