Richard Toth recounts the story of Maurice. The story discusses his success in business, his motivations to learn as an adult learner, tractors, and the importance of writing letters in business.
Richard Toth and his wife Brenda live in Bathurst, New Brunswick. Richard’s poetry has been published in a number of literary journals and he has won prizes from the Atlantic Writing competition, the Ontario Poetry Society, and the Writers Federation of New Brunswick. He has had articles published in The New Brunswick Reader and in Our Canada magazine. His short story “Tom and Theresa” was included in the New Brunswick Short Stories anthology (Neptune Publishing, 2003).
