Limiting Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction

Considers the importance of limiting the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction (WMD), focusing on the relationship between weapons proliferation and national security, the regulation of nonstate use and possession of WMD, the global initiative to combat nuclear terrorism and chemical and biological weapons. He teaches public international law, national security law, administrative law and public law/legislation.
