Kent Roach is professor of law at the University of Toronto, with cross-appointments in criminology and political science, and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada. His many books include September 11: Consequences for Canada, University of Toronto Press, 2001. Since 1998, Professor Roach has been editor-in-chief of Criminal Law Quarterly.
