Aline Francoeur
Aline Francoeur, C. Term., is an associate professor at the School of Translation and Interpretation at the University of Ottawa. She has been involved in various research projects in lexicography since 1994. In 2001, she completed her PhD at the Université de Montréal, where her dissertation addressed the topic of prefatory discourse of French dictionaries. Since then, her research has focused mainly on bilingual dictionaries, especially Guy Miège’s New Dictionary French and English, published in London in 1677.
