Mara Fridell is an assistant professor in the Department of Sociology at the University of Manitoba. She researches in the areas of political economy and social reproduction. Along with Mark Hudson and Ian Hudson, she has co-authored several peer reviewed articles on fair trade as well as the book Fair Trade, Sustainability and Social Change.
Ian Hudson
Ian Hudson is a professor in the Department of Economics at the University of Manitoba. He researches in the areas of political economy and ethical consumption. Along with Mark Hudson and Mara Fridell, he has co-authored several peer reviewed articles on fair trade as well as the book Fair Trade, Sustainability and Social Change.
Mark Hudson
Mark Hudson is an associate professor in the Department of Sociology, and the coordinator of the Global Political Economy Program at the University of Manitoba. His research is focused on the ways in which capitalism structures socioecological relations. In addition to his research on fair trade and ethical consumerism with Ian Hudson and Mara Fridell, he is currently researching the political economy of fossil fuels and climate change.
