Ray Hsu is the author of two award-winning books of poetry, Anthropy and Cold Sleep Permanent Afternoon. He taught for two years at a US prison and now teaches in the University of British Columbia's Creative Writing Program.
Julia Paek
Julia Paek is an Asia Pacific strategist and intercultural specialist whose work has taken her to various parts of Asia as a consultant, educator, and broadcast journalist. She works with the University of British Columbia's Director of Intercultural Understanding to develop strategies for engagement with students and faculty members. Julia is working on a Masters in Asia Pacific Policy Studies at the Institute of Asian Research at UBC.
