Born of a father from Hong Kong and a mother from Victoria, BC, the Dumpling King hopes to express, both in his food and message, that celebrating heritage, identity, and ingredients on your own terms will always make something delicious. The Dumpling King can be found in the freezers of Vancouver’s local cafés, lifestyle stores, and neighbourhood grocers.
