S4: Future Focus Questions

After the underlying interests of parties have been reached, and when there is no new information to be gained by continuing the conversation, the mediator asks Future Focus questions to move parties out of their cycle of conflict and facilitate their cognitive thinking. This should lead to the identification of appropriate options and solutions.
