Bev Katz Rosenbaum highlights the under-represented kreplach, a jewish delicacy, the popularity of matzo ball soup, her ties to her Ashkenazic heritage, and ties to traditional foods.
Bev Katz Rosenbaum is a Toronto-based freelance editor and a novelist for young people. Her most recent book is I’m Good and Other Lies (DCB, 2021), about a teen experiencing Toronto’s first COVID-19-related lockdown.
